Tool initially ordered on 16 October 23, I never received notification of shipping and never received the item. I contacted the seller several times, initially I was told that the item had been sent out without a tracking number and was presumably lost. I then told that another item would be sourced and sent out. I heard nothing back and contacted them again. I was told that it had been sent out again. I heard nothing more for over a week and did not receive the item or notification of shipping. I made the final call to the company on 16 October 23 and was told that the item had been sent out, but after the person I spoke to checked the tracking number it transpired that it had been delivered to another address in an area, around 100 miles away! In the same call I was then told that the item was now no longer available and I would receive a full refund arranged by the end of play that day. I did not and the refund was issued by PayPal after a complaint was made.

Bad experience, after two weeks of waiting for my order to be dispatched and being fed a load of flannel twice over the phone, I decided to cancel the order. The only thing Swell did right was arrange the payment refund within a couple of hours of me cancelling.
After coming off of the phone to Swell and cancelling the order I ordered a similar Oase filter and pump from a competitor company with a next day delivery option and received it the next day, a Saturday!
This is how it should be done.
