Recently started at Énergie

Recently started at Énergie and I love it! Really friendly gym, did not feel awkward joining. Even gave me a free day pass before I joined. Sydney’s bootcamp classes are great, she is so motivational and I’m for sure not the best but she will adapt anything I can’t do and show you the best ways!

User friendly!

Really simple and easy to use. Both banking and saving. User friendly and great features such as notifying you when you spend and how much you have spent cumulatively over a day! Best thing I did opening my Monzo!

Only just bought insurance from 1st central, but my experience so far has been great from start to finish! Great price, great website, easy to navigate and purchase.

Bad experience

I got a very good initial quote off these insurers and had no problem with the box as I drive very carefully. I had a non fault accident and put a claim through for damages with them. They were difficult to deal with and I ended up loosing out with them. They took the excess off me and processed to tell me they hadn't even been I touch with the third party. (I was thinking to myself "what am I paying for") . After the crash, they told me my car had to be taken away and I couldn't keep it and repair it myself. I was unable to afford a new car because they took the excess off me, I have ended up in debt for needing a car for my job. Then they charged me 135 for a new box and tried to charge me 90 for the old box to be taken out of my car even though they had taken it off me. They changed me double insurance for my new car, not taking into consideration the circumstances in which I had my new car. Furthermore, since having my new car, my "driver rating" had plummeted, even though I drove the same as my old car where I had amazing rating. I tried to explain that it could be a box fault or a because it was a different car. I am a good driver and would not drive the way they said I have especially with having a box. I now have had my policy cancelled without any consideration for anything or help and am having to get myself in more money troubles because I need to drive for my work, not only that, my accident and having to deal with all this has affected my mental and physical health. Not good to deal with, some people were, some people did not care and didn't not help at all, even when I was hysterically crying down the phone, needing help. Would not recommend.
