It was so easy to publish exactly to my spec. Cover design could be a bit easier but apart from that it was so easy. The finished book looks great!

We've just had great service from Joe. His knowledge of the problem, and of all the local garages was amazing. Initially he fixed the problem, but wanted to make sure it was fully fixed before he went as he knew I was needing the vehicle for a holiday. It turned out that the fault re-appeared, so he managed to book my vehicle in locally for a repair and took me there to drop the vehicle off.

He was courteous, informative and did so much to make a stressful experience almost a pleasure!
