During 2018, I experienced numerous long delays on various orders placed with T&M. The tracking system on their website was also unavailable for weeks and weeks so I resorted to emailing them. They put the delays down to a 'new computer system'. As the delays and lack of tracking went on for months, I didn't have a very high regard for their IT Department.
Like another reviewer, I too am still waiting for an order of Osteospermum, ordered on 11 October 2018 with a delayed delivery date of 'by end March 2019'. March was been & gone & still no plants so yet another email to T&M - who now advise delivery will be 'by end of April'.
I also noticed that their last email at the end of March, acknowledging receipt of my email, had not only the T&M logo but also the logo for Van Meuwen - another garden supplier. I'm thinking that the two companies may have amalgamated in 2018. If they were trying to combine their two computer systems, that might explain the horrendous delays and appalling customer services. Nevertheless, I am not prepared to accept such bad service and will not order from them again.
