I have had big problems with Debenhams…

I have had big problems with Debenhams on two occasions now: Items missing from parcel; returns not processed; AI telling me it was too late to query non-payment of a refund; so difficult to get past automatic AI generated 'customer services' & get to the actual customer services department; no phone contact possible .. I will never shop at Debenhams again.

Good Value Cover

Very good marketing to give 4 weeks limited cover free of charge. I started getting quotes for on-going cover elsewhere but it was such a minefield (so many providers; so many cover options) that I stayed with Agria in the end! I got a discount for staying with them and an additional discount for getting cover for my 2 kittens. The only negative thing, in my opinion, was that I received a fair few emails, texts and then phone calls trying to secure my business. I felt a bit pressurised, which I didn't like. I was quite able to take my time & make my own decision but other people might have felt a bit intimidated.

Very competitive premium price

Very competitive premium price for the cover we wanted. Made even more attractive by getting a Black Friday discount! Website was a little confusing and problematic when I needed to change some info I'd keyed in. Kept having to restart the relevant question from the beginning - but overall it was ok.

Always receive an excellent service

Always receive an excellent service. I receive a text advising when they're going to deliver/pick up my items usually within a 2 hour time slot. The staff are always friendly, polite & give me time to get to the front door when I'm upstairs, which I'm very grateful for!

Nice Cards - shame about the processing

Choice of cards (New Baby) very good and prices good too but the actual process of entering data to make the card was such a nightmare that on the second time of using Funkypigeon I gave up and used an alternative provider. EG: 'You have used up all your data input', with no option to reduce the font to fit in the required amount of text.

Excellent service from Sprayster

Excellent service from Sprayster. Have ordered Black Satin Spray Paint from them in the past and now needed more to respray additional furniture items. Price in May 2019 was the same as in July 2018. Also ordered some White Satin Spray Paint for a different job. Items were delivered, on both occasions, in a couple of days. Will definitely use this Company again.

DREADFUL SERVICE

DREADFUL SERVICE
During 2018, I experienced numerous long delays on various orders placed with T&M. The tracking system on their website was also unavailable for weeks and weeks so I resorted to emailing them. They put the delays down to a 'new computer system'. As the delays and lack of tracking went on for months, I didn't have a very high regard for their IT Department.

Like another reviewer, I too am still waiting for an order of Osteospermum, ordered on 11 October 2018 with a delayed delivery date of 'by end March 2019'. March was been & gone & still no plants so yet another email to T&M - who now advise delivery will be 'by end of April'.

I also noticed that their last email at the end of March, acknowledging receipt of my email, had not only the T&M logo but also the logo for Van Meuwen - another garden supplier. I'm thinking that the two companies may have amalgamated in 2018. If they were trying to combine their two computer systems, that might explain the horrendous delays and appalling customer services. Nevertheless, I am not prepared to accept such bad service and will not order from them again.

NO JINGLE AT ALL

NO JINGLE AT ALL - DOWNHILL ALL THE WAY
Totally agree with other unhappy customers of T&M. Their service has completely collapsed this year. I've had email & phone contact with them about a number of items in my recent orders & am absolutely appalled & disgusted with their responses. For example, they took my money in October but didn't bother to let me know that 2 items wouldn't be despatched until March 2019 (instead of 'by end October) until I contacted them to query non-receipt of the items. They're blaming a new computer system installed in recent months &, as someone mentioned, their online tracking has been unavailable for weeks now, even though it says it should be up & running 'in a couple of days'. Joke. I've now unsubscribed from their marketing & will not use them again.

Will use this company again

Website easy to use. Fast service although packaging was quite badly damaged on arrival. Think this was down to the courier firm rather than the supplier & did not affect the items I ordered at all.

Excellent Value, Excellent Service

Needed to replace some old Ikea venetian blinds that had rusted badly. Finding that Ikea no longer stock venetian blinds, I took to the internet. I remember having to cut each slat to size, as well as cutting the header bar with a hacksaw and didn't relish the thought of doing that again so looked at made to measure prices.
I was pleasantly surprised with the price of Blinds 2go made to measure venetian blinds so went ahead and ordered. They fit perfectly and arrived well packaged in just a couple of days.
I've very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Blinds 2go.
