Charged taxi fare while others had…

Charged taxi fare while others had vouchers, request for refund ignored, blamed it on celebrity cruise line, even though this was day before cruise started. £89 lost ! Pathetic after cruise service, beware of this company
REGARDING THEIR REPLY, AS I DIDN'T REALISE THAT WE WERE THE ONLY COUPLE WHO DIDN'T HAVE VOUCHERS, WHY WOULD I HAVE GOT RECEIPTS FOR THE TAXIS ???? I HAVE NO RECEIPTS BUT THEY KNOW THAT I WAS CHARGED! IS THIS GOING TO BE THEIR GETOUT ?
I WILL ADMIT ANY STAFF THAT HAVE CONTACTED ME HAVE BEEN POLITE BUT I STILL HAVEN'T HAD A REFUND. TALK GETS ME NOWHERE

Offered a £75 voucher but as I'll not use it, they're giving nothing, all I want is my taxi fare refunded, no meaningless gestures, just my cash back.
Truly useless customer service, please think twice before using IGLU !!!

We are disheartened to learn of your concerns surrounding a pre-cruise taxi. As your package was booked through the Cruise Line's booking system, this would explain why Celebrity were mentioned when explaining the concerns. Nevertheless, we are disappointed to learn your holiday was sullied by the lack of transfer.

Upon reviewing your booking, we note that an agent from our Customer Relations team has requested a copy of your receipts for the taxi you used. Once this request is responded to, we will be able to query this with the Cruise Line as appropriate.

We hope that despite this, you had a wonderful holiday.

If any professional chef uses these I…

If any professional chef uses these I would be amazed !!
I purchased a Frying pan , clue being in the name Frying !!
Everything stuck including eggs , on complaining was informed I had got it too hot !!!!
How can you fry a steak without heat ??
Useless item now in the bin and £40 wasted , never again !
only selected 1 star because there is no minus choice

The local shop have tried to be helpful , forwarding on my emails to the company complaints dept.
After around two weeks not a single word from the company !!!
I was originally told ceramic finish doesn't stand heat , as supercar brakes are made from ceramic and glow white hot that sounds absolute rubbish to me
They seem to have no customer service at all , so any buyers beware of ProCook based on my experience

best customer service dept I haver EVER used , Thanks Lindsey

Was having trouble getting a parcel from the Netherlands delivered so went on the web chat system for help. I will admit I did not hold out much hope having dealt with other companys before
What a revelation !!! A lovely person called Lindsey could not have been more helpful. I got connected immediately and within 5 minutes everything had been sorted , no hassle.
Lindsey is one Yodel should be proud of , efficient and friendly and gets the job done.
