Excellent customer services. Thr gentleman I dealt with made sure my problem was sorted with numerous phone calls to me and emails. Its been a pleasure to receive good customer services unlike other media Companies.

This company is a gem. Very honest. I returned a parcel to this company by mistake, they got in touch with me and returned the parcel back to me so that I could send it to the correct company. Im really impressed with them. Have ordered clothes from them too which most have been true to description. Delivery is good and returning is easy. Would absolutely recommend this company. If I was able to I would give them 6 out of 5.
Had excellent service from their Customer Services. Sorted out my faulty item and kept me informed daily.

RIDICULOUSLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. Bought bras, they are completely wrong size. Want to return them but refuse to give me a refund and they offered 4GBP as compensation. Utter joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
