Darren Lowles - Simply the best

Let me start with Claire Donaldson. I loved her honesty in terms of marketing my property, and I truly think her input was a major benefit of the success of my house sale. Now let’s get to the star of the show, Darren Lowles. He was simply the best. Darren was responsible for showing potential buyers round, his ability to respect my wishes during viewings ( shoes off on entry, no photos without my permission, etc) was always perfect. We always had such a good banter each time we had to communicate with each other. I was genuinely sad when I knew our communication would end. Thank you Darren for making my selling experience as stress free as possible. In the words of Tina Turner “Your Simply The Best” 🤩

Darren saved the day

I needed to get something out of storage and only had 1 day to visit the storage facility. I was distressed when I arrived as I couldn’t assess my storage unit, it turns out I had brought the wrong keys!!! Darren saved the day by changing the barrel and fitting a new one and I was able to access the storage which saved a lot of stress for me.I didn’t mind the additional cost, as it meant I averted a potential problem arising if I couldn’t access the storage unit on that day. You are my super hero Darren. Thank you. 🤩

The app couldn’t assist me with anything useful

This relates purely to the booking and checking in on line experience. The app kept crashing, I tried downloading my check in confirmation and it failed to download for the outbound but seemed to work for the inbound. The chatbot wasn’t really useful in answering my queries. Then I find out that boarding passes are not issued online. Such a shame as all my previous experiences with booking with Tui and especially using the app have been really good. Maybe because this is a long haul flight.

Simply show your booking confirmation or e-ticket email at the TUI bag drop desk or check-in desk when you arrive, and they will provide your boarding passes.

Last time I reviewed Pharmacy 2 U I…

Last time I reviewed Pharmacy 2 U I gave them 4 stars for everything except delivery. Since speaking to someone from the team and mentioning the appalling service I received from Royal Mail the delivery has improved. I cannot fault them for anything at all. Service is easy and delivery is now respectful. The only thing I would reiterate is that the medication is supposed to be able to fit through the letterbox and they still need to change their delivery boxes to fit through the letterbox and that would give them a full 5 star rating. Other than that, perfect every time.

Great service let down by poor delivery

As I have mentioned before Pharmacy to u are absolutely amazing with the way they send reminders for me to put through a repeat prescription for my dad, inform me when the prescription is waiting to be approved by my dad’s doctor and when it has been sent out for delivery. This is where the amazing bit ends. Sadly I have had to give 4 stars rather than a deserving 5 stars due to the appalling service from Royal Mail who decided to drop the parcel in my slip bin outside my house, thankfully the inside of the bin was dry and the medication was not ruined but I had to clean the box before opening it. Can I please ask that the parcels be made to fit through the letterbox as this was supposed to be the original plan. If I get one more parcel from Royal Mail chucked in my dirty slop bin or chucked in my recycling bin I am going to have to stop using Pharmacy 2 U as Royal Mail don’t seem to care, even when you provide feedback. I am disgusted with them and will be writing an official complaint to them.

This would have been a 5 star rating but for poor service with Royal Mail delivery…

This would have been a 5 star rating had it not been for the poor delivery service I have been receiving from Royal Mail. Pharmacy2U are amazing and I love everything about their service, from promoting me with an email when it is time to reorder medication, to advising that the doctor has signed the medication for approval, to advising when the medication has been dispatched. Sadly that’s where the golden stars stop. Despite repeatedly confirming that I don’t have a safe space Royal Mail continues to leave my parcels outside my front door despite the weather conditions rather than leaving me with a message card which would have allowed me to request delivery on another day. I may need to have the medication rerouted, as my last resort is to stop using Pharmacy 2 U unless they change delivery supplier.

Disgusted with Yodel

Item not received although Yodel said they delivered it turns out they left it outside my neighbours house even though my door is clearly marked with my number. My neighbour is not there and the parcel has disappeared. Disgusted with Yodel.

Benny at the Croydon store really amazing…

Benny at the Croydon store really looked after me well and gave me some useful tips about walking shoes as this was my first experience of buying a pair. He was so lovely. And it was my birthday on 14 Mar which was the day before and so the manager gave me a discount. The whole experience was amazing.

No problems with Interparcel, great service in my experience

I recently had an issue with a parcel that I was waiting on from Hermes, Interparcel were great as they investigated very quickly for me. The sender sent another parcel which I was able to track easily using Interparcel and I received my parcel quicker the second time round. Really pleased with the service from Interparcel.
