This Was our first visit to MediVet in Lower Earley in Reading after moving to the area and what a lovely experience. Was greeted by the receptionist and nice big waiting area. My dog Bailey was seen by vet Julien and I have to say what a lovely and caring person who has so much knowledge. Julien was able to answer all my questions and gave me good advice. Naturally, my dog was nervous, but he handled him with care and compassion. The whole experience was very professional and Excellent!

Absolutely disgusting service..my mum has a CT scan at Hillingdon Hospital today and she is wheelchair bound and diabetic on insulin and they made us wait 2 hours to get her back to the care home. They kept getting the information wrong and her name wrong. Appalling services and not professional at all!
