Very easy to order, delivery came on time and with a two man crew who carried it up the stairs unwrapped it and placed it on my bed. They then took my old mattress which was all in the Service (if you tick the box when ordering) the mattress itself is fantastic. I have now had it approximately three weeks and I have slept really well every single night. Highly recommended.

Easy to order, kept well updated with emails, unfortunately when it was delivery day the road of delivery address was closed in the afternoon so the driver could not get to me however the company just brought it back the next day with no complaints.
