Sadly my regular courier seems to be…

Sadly my regular courier seems to be missing, I can only hope he is just on holiday and that he has not left the company or had his rounds changed. The current deliveries are being cancelled/postponed, often saying that no one was available to take a delivery - strange when I am having it delivered to me at work in a retail shop that is indeed open all day. Saying there is no one available at around 11am on a Saturday is outright lying. It is usually when I am due a Saturday delivery that things go wrong. Occasionally my husband or daughter have parcels due to be delivered to our home address and the courier on that round does not knock on the door or ring the bell and just dumps the packages by the front door in full view of everyone walking past the house. To be perfectly honest if I use a company who then sends via Evri I will usually contact them to say I will not order again unless I can choose who delivers the goods, sadly with SHEIN I’m not able to choose so reluctantly have to put up with the service. Please come back my usual driver, you are missed!

The staff in the Newton Abbot branch…

The staff in the Newton Abbot branch are always friendly and helpful and strive to find the best options every time we book with them. They make the whole experience of holidaying enjoyable and I always look forward to discovering the trips that will be available in the new places we go to. Thanks again to Sammy for sorting out a short break to Krakow and the trip to Auschwicz which will be an emotional experience I am certain.

Always excellent and quick service from…

Always excellent and quick service from ZipVit. I have been using them in excess of 10yrs and never had any problems. I’d definitely recommend them. Their prices and product quality are great.

I love the wide choice of products…

I love the wide choice of products available. Delivery is good in price (often free) and timescale. I probably buy far more items than I need but it's fun! I've had to return a few items and the returns system is excellent. One damaged item was exchanged rather than refunded and the replacement arrived quickly and undamaged. I've purchased clothing, electricals, craft items, kitchen gadgets and been very pleased with it.

Well presented and informative course

I thought I'd be made to feel like a naughty child but I wasn't. The course was very well presented and informative. I took away some information that I should have already known but didn't and I passed it all on to my husband and daughter when I got home. The staff presenting the course were extremely knowledgeable and also approachable. Nice as they were I hope I do not have the need to see them again which will mean that they have done their job well!

Excellent customer service and quick delivery

I had emailed prior to ordering to check which delivery company would be used as I no longer wish to have deliveries through Evri as I am finding their depot too unreliable (it's a shame as our local delivery guy is great but the issues are definitely before he takes control of the item!) I was told who would be used based on my order weighing 20KG and ordered happily. The items arrived within the time quoted by the right courier, just 2 days after ordering. I would happily deal with Petshop.co.uk again in the future and I am very grateful for their quick response to my question.

I found it very easy to contact Petlog…

I found it very easy to contact Petlog to have my details added as the new owner of a cat. The options of standard or premium membership were explained clearly. The process was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I sincerely hope I'll never have the need to use the lost pet service.

easy to use site but beware that you…

easy to use site but beware that you are charged a service charge which I didn't see any mention of before I was told extra money had been taken from my card on top of the ferry and cabin price. Only £5 but it really should have been mentioned. I shall book direct with the ferry company in future.

Brilliant service

Thank you so much for the great service, from identifying the part from my photos to quick dispatch. Ordered Tuesday evening and it arrived Friday morning. Fitted within minutes of getting home and we now have a fully functioning flush again. Great relief all round!

Great bargains!

Great bargains but you do need to be a bit restrained otherwise you end up buying far more than you need with low prices and mulitbuys! Make sure you have plenty of space in your cupboards before you order! Deliveries seem even quicker these days and that's without doing the quick delivery option - ordered Wednesday and delivered Monday. Great for lunchbox items and drinks for school lunches and it saves carrying them home from the shop! Definitely recommended by me :-)
