Review of Crocodile Garage Doors Verandas
Whilst having work done on gardenroom (not crocodile). Power supply to door trippred in garage, so unable to reset and manual lift fouled so door unable to lift. Rang Crocodile service at 3pm and spoke to engineer. He attended from Sheffield to Hertfordshire by 8 am next morning and managed to get door working after lying on the ground during heavy rain. Great service, 3hr drive each way to save our freezer full of food.

Realy first class service. All staff extremly helpful, from initial shop contact, through planing survey delivery to fitting. Delivery team took time to prevent damage to house and furniture. Fitter Sandris was exceptional, total attention to even the smallest detail.

Review of Hillarys
After having two orders of shutters fitted successfully, we ordered shutters for our conservatory. On day of fitting I recieved a text from fitter canceling due to illness. After many phone call texts to fitter, advisor and customer services. I have been told, that the fitting was delayed due to late arrival of a container, the shutters are with the fitter, but nobody will give me an appointment for the fitting. Most calls texts or emails are not replied to and any replied give no information.
Futher update
Just spoken to customer services again. I spoke to a rude agent who would not let me speak and kept talking over me. I finally been told Hillarys have a back log of 2500 fittings. Fitters have been instructed to concentrate on fitting and not reply to customers and agents. Bookings can only be made by fitter so I just have to wait. He finally hung up on me. So finally got to bottom of the lies Hillarys are telling custmers. If you have fitting dont bet on getting it done any time soon
