Everything started out well. Sales team good, came when they were supposed to. Quote came in a timely manner.

Installation team done in a day. All nice lads.

2 months down the line no progress on the grant application. I have given them everything they need. They have confirmed they have all the docs but nothing submitted. Told the new girl was up to May which would have covered me and that it would have been down last week. Lies.

Jennifer has stopped replying to emails. I have called the phone line and been hung up on before the phone even connects. Shocking aftersales service.

I have been onto the SEAI directly about them now.

As I said everything up until this point has been good but this is awful service.

Very poor experience this time. Usually much better. Made an order on the 16th expected fast delivery like always but that didn't seem to take place. Estimated delivery said 22nd. On the 22nd I got 2 emails one saying they refunded my order and 7 minutes later another confirmation of my order. I WhatsApped their support on the 22nd and 24 hours later I got no reply. I rang their support line, waited for 10 mins and their line said nobody was available and it hung up. My online account still shows the order as processing so I don't know if the order is still coming or cancelled.

Saw a ad for a sale on whiskey. Placed an order on Thursday evening and it arrived on Monday morning. Great price and quick delivery. The package was the most well packaged parcel I have ever received. Very impressed.

It is my local garden centre. We are lucky to have it so close. Great for a stroll around, some lovely seasonal items. The garden centre is great. The staff are so knowledgeable. The cafe is nice too. The homemade sausage rolls are top notch.

Great service and value. My Dad is a trademan and always gets me to order his overalls online. I only shop at Brix. The service and value are second to none. Little present in every order is a nice touch too 😀

I recently got my bathroom renovated by the team at Classic Bathrooms. All of the showroom staff were very helpful. Lots of calls about the progress and scheduling of the job. The tradesmen were all brilliant. They left the house spotless every evening and were all so safe in terms of covid regulations. I could not recommend them highly enough.

2 lovely cafes in Clondalkin. The original on the edge of the village and the new one at the Round Tower. The Round Tower is great for grabbing a coffee and sitting in the garden. Great coffee and cakes with friendly staff.

Lifestyle Sports had an extra 20% off sale so I bought loads of stuff for my son. All great value and he loved them all.

Vinson was a great help today. He was a lovely happy man to talk with. Great job.

Ordered with a promo code which was accepted but was invalid so didn't get the offer. Reached out to them and they said after my next offer to email them for a glass which was nice. The parcel arrived pretty quickly but when it arrived the box and the box the whiskey came in were in very poor condition so the gift wasn't as presentable as I would have hoped. I emailed to let them know about the state of the boxes but got no reply. Whiskey is tasty though.

Bought the new Liverpool. Wore it once and popped in the wash. Took it out and it is wrecked. Not Lifestyle Sports fault but pretty annoying when you spend 90 euro on a tshirt. In the bin.

Great value. Packaged very well, I was really impressed. Glasses bought as a gift and my partner loved the glasses.
