A Complete Nightmare. Avoid at All Costs.

EDIT1: they commented the will come back within 48 hours (the flight is in 10 hours). They already told me 15 hours ago they would come back to me in 2h and then in 6h. So their comment does not seem to mean anything.
EDIT2: After a call, and after we have manually booked new flights on our own budget, we got a written reply but no solution or commitment to payments/refunds yet. Will keep this thread updated
EDIT3: In the end, BudgetAir did refund the difference in fare for our group — but only after we were forced to book different outbound flights since there weren't enough seats available on the original itinerary. This meant we had to carry the risk and inconvenience ourselves, rather than having BudgetAir proactively find a solution for our group.
While the chat support was completely worthless and unable to resolve anything, I have to acknowledge that the complaints team — though not very fast — was at least competent.
That said, the overall experience was stressful and poorly communicated. In summary: BudgetAir's issues with support and reliability remain, but the complaints team did resolve the financial aspect in the end. This is why I increased my rating to two stars.

Original comment: I am writing this review at 4 AM, completely exhausted and furious, just hours before my flight is supposed to take off. Thanks to Budgetair, I have no idea if I will be flying at all.

This has been the single most stressful booking experience of my life. When I tried to check in for my flight, both the airline's website and their customer service confirmed they had no record of my booking.

I contacted Budgetair's support, and their initial advice was dangerously incompetent: "Just go to the airport, it will be fine." If I had followed that advice, I would be standing at the check-in counter right now with no ticket, about to miss my flight.

After I did their job for them and called the airline myself, I discovered the shocking truth. My booking was cancelled weeks ago, and the airline had already REFUNDED Budgetair. They took my money, never secured my ticket, and failed to inform me of the cancellation.

For the past several hours, I've been trapped in a cycle of useless support chats. First, an agent promised a resolution within 1-2 hours. Nothing. The next agent extended that to 4-6 hours. Still nothing. It's now 4 AM, I'm on my third attempt to get a straight answer, and all I'm hearing is "our specialized team is looking into it."

I have spent the entire night setting alarms to wake up every couple of hours, desperately checking my email for the update they keep promising. But there is only silence. They have my money, I have no ticket, and their support team is incapable of doing anything besides making empty promises.

This isn't just bad service; it's a complete failure to provide the product they sold. Do not trust them with your travel plans. Book directly with the airline. It might cost a few euros more, but it will save you from the absolute hell I'm going through right now.

Wouldn't have thought so a year ago

First I was really critical, as most of these websites only write an email, get approval or a decline and give up. After the first decline, I took the case back and tried to fight it for myself - as that had 0 success, I gave it back to flightright to fight it in court. As I have basically forgotten about this case, I get the email that the courtcase was won and where they should send the money - Now waiting for the payment, but actually very pleased about the outcome. Thanks Flightright, and sorry for some harsh words in my emails :)

You will get an brand new car, but be aware of...

You will get an brand new car with great features and very friendly service - but be aware of the following:
- They will probably find a reason that you have to pay for full insurance. In my case it was, that I forgot to bring my Credit Card and only had 2 Debit Cards with me (which worked fine to block deposit for other renters). If you have a Credit Card, they will tell you what about all the risks and make you afraid of loosing a lot of money when not taking their 0 risk policy at ~17€/day
- The fuel tank is not full. You will also have to bring it back with the same. It was 3/4 tank. If you bring it with less you will get charged, if you bring it with more fuel, it is a gift for the renter. It was fine, but not best practice I would say.
- The location is remote (but I do not consider this a negative point, as there is a free shuttle and I was fully aware of this)

All employees were very friendly and accommodating (if you pay for insurance at least). Furthermore they also told me that none of their cars is older then 6 month (I rarely had such a new car, and it came with Apple carplay & parking sensors)

I doubled my money and got blocked.

I doubled my money and got blocked.
Once I wanted to pay out they requested verification. After providing multiple copies of verification documents, as well as a number of different verification documents, I got blocked - which makes no sense as all my verification was legit. The customer service does not give any useful information and you are constantly turning in circles.
Toxic company - keep away

Used 3D printer and horrible client support

UPDATE: Also after the comment of the vendor below, nothing changed! Just to let all readers know, that this case is still 1 star. 0 stars if it would be possible!

I already spent thousands of euros on Chinese shops, but something like this never happened until now:
I bought a JGaurora A5, payed 323.23 EUR for the item, about 90 EUR for shipping and another 140 EUR for customs. So far so good. Fast and smooth delivery, the package was sealed in yellow tape - as usual.

As I unpacked the "updated printer" (as it was sold under this name) things turned out worse then I thought: The printer was used, dirty and an old version (v2, up to date version would be v7!), the heatbed was covered in bluetape from the previous owner, the fan was very dusty, fingerprints of the previous owner all over the display and the nozzle and the whole printhead were clocked with filament.

Errors happen. I contacted customer service described the problem and sent pictures.
I got offered 25EUR refund (which is ridiculous) after several emails where I was asked over and over again to describe the same stuff that was already written in the previous emails in a very detailed manner.

The next statement made me speechless: The operator from the customer center told me that it is not possible that the product had been used, since they contacted the factory and they confirmed it has not been used - unless the pictures with all the signs of usage had been sent to customer center ONE DAY AFTER DELIVERY!

After more then 2 weeks of arguing with the customer service, which adviced me to simply "clean the dust" and told me that the dust is "normal when operating" I received this answer from the client support:

"I have been doing my best to help, but what you request has beyond my duty.
That what I can do. I hope you can understand."

My multiple request to escalate this to her supervisor where ignored completely.

NEVER AGAIN GEEKBUYING!
SCAM. Stick to Gearbest or similar, at least they try seriously to help.....

I like them. But just because of their prices

I ordered lots of stuff at Gearbest. Fact: As long as you don't have to talk with their support, they are good. With their priority express shippin - which is mostly for free - they offer an excellent free service with shipping within 15 working days. The support is very slow and very time consuming. You often have to discute for days about the same issue and remember them of deals that were already made before (in the same ticket). The return service is... okay... You can handle it, but it is also very time consuming

Pure Begeisterung... Früher mal

Ich kaufe seit Jahren bei Thomann ein und habe mehrere tausend Euro dort ausgegeben. Die Kaufberatung hat jedoch - laut meiner Erfahrung - extrem nachgelassen:
- Angebotsanfragen werden nur schlampig bearbeitet
- Gewisse Wünsche werden nicht beachtet
- Zum Großteil gar keine oder lächerlich niedere Rabatte
Trotzdem funktioniert einiges gut, weshalb ich mich zwischen 3 und 4 Sterne doch für die 4 entschieden habe.

Gute Erfahrung

Lieferung war schnell und zuverlässig. Kochset nun einige Male getested und von der Qualität überzeugt; lediglich ein kleines Plastikstück am Deckel scheint nicht sehr resistent zu sein bzw war schlecht verarbeitet worden. Der darauffolgende Garantieanspruch wurde von Klettershop zügig und unbürokratisch beantwortet und der neue Deckel sollte bald bei uns eintreffen.

Impressive Quality Service!

I had some problems first and wrote a pretty had review.
I got a comment from the AMOMA Quality Service with the request to contact them.
after an email and a very nice talk on the phone with a very nice lady from the quality service and we found an agreement. She was very forthcoming and was open for all suggestions and information why my experience with their site was bad.
-> 4 Star rating, 1 star missing, because of my bad experience first, but the work of the quality service was awesome!

Cashback Beträge hoch, Service.. naja

Die Cashbacks sind höher als bei anderen Seiten, jedoch muss ich sagen dass z.B. Questler nicht nur mit Auszahlungen sondern auch mit "Kulanzanfragen" wesentlich schneller und ordentlicher ist.
Bis jetz hat aber alles gepasst deshalb mal 4 Sterne.

*Edit: 3 Sterne. Auszahlungen sind ECHT ZU LANGSAM!

Selten so einen schlechten Kundenservice erlebt.

Was soll man dazu sagen.
Der Kundenservice ist sche***. Vor allem mit einem Business-Account massiv Probleme gehabt (Angebote nicht für alle User sichtbar) und auch nach etlichen Mails konnte nicht geholfen werden.
Rechnungsbeitrag war einmal extrem hoch, keine Antwort vom Kundenservice....
Amazon lässt grüßen, byebye Ebay.
