Bought 2 sets of glass pendant lights. Managed to break a shade while fitting them. Eglo sent me a replacement with no delay and no charge. Very grateful. And the lamps look great.

Simple to use, low cost and very useful

DX deliver weekdays only, 9-5pm. Handy if you work, and need to sign for a delivery....not. So, take a day off, hang around ALL DAY waiting for the courier, and then find a note in the letter box saying that he's been, but needed a signature? WHAT IS A DOOR KNOCKER FOR?!! Lights were on, car in driveway, the courier had my mobile number....
...very very poor service. And, as the delivery is of vouchers, the purchase to be made with them will now not be delivered in time for Xmas. A big thank you, DX courier.
