Ordering was easy. Choice of jars or bags containing the tablets. Quick delivery and good prices. A good choice of vitamins with a comprehensive guide of what each item is effective for. The company has been around for many years and is also a good employer.

Fabulous holiday with no complaints whatsoever. We travelled to Loch Lomond and had great trips out each day. The food at The Rob Royd was good with plenty of choice and all of the staff were very pleasant, fast and efficient.
The driver, Trevor, was doing his 1st trip for Alpha and he was great, especially in the terrible circumstances of the M6 being closed. We had a very long day travelling but Trevor and Alpha organised it very well so that dveryone got home safely. We were eventually dropped off at Keele services after leaving the interchange at Tamworth and the company had organised a taxi to take us to Hanley.

I spoke with Nicola Stanley today - what a pleasure!!! She went through all the health questions with a friendly and easy manor rather than being robotic. Nicola even gave me some good advice about my future trip to New York which is really useful and made the whole experience more human and memorable for the right reasons. Left parcel at local shop Thurs after 8pm and it was delivered on the Saturday so I didn't even have time to track it which I call an amazing service.
