Booked airport shuttle and two trips in Kracow

Booked airport shuttle and two trips with Mr Shuttle. All went well apart from one trip when the driver went to the wrong hotel. One text to their mobile number and agent phoned almost instantly. Offerered refund instantly. Rescheduled no problem. Excellent customer service. Drivers very friendly and punctual

Charged twice. Attempted to cancel no reply to emails. After four days.no sign of refund possible scam. Boots arrived and as described week later. Ideal for what they were bought for. Additional charge refunded when chased up therefore genuine company

Selling Iphone

Sent a phone which at the worst in good condition. Offer made when they received the phone was insulting. Said they return phone next day when offer refused. Took four days before tracing info sent.

Sold phone on Gumtree for more than musicmagpie offer day after receiving it back. Be warned they want your stuff for next to nothing.

Bought new vanity unit sink and toilet

Bought new vanity unit sink and toilet. Had problems with the toilet being cracked. Not sure whose fault but gave me a good price on replacement which arrived the next day. Excellent customer service and will use again when I do the main bathroom.

Provided additional information requested.
Requested information as to how to refund their payment.
Requested photos to show scratches and worn keyboard that they said reduced price offered by 30%.
Response from Company finally offered photos

This is a standard reply. Third time lucky. Partly offered photos eventually offered to return laptop but gave up in disgust as not prepared to refund payment until laptop returned stalemate. Be warned before doing business with them.

Bandits

Sent a computer to them. Did not agree with their valuation and rejected it. Expecting computer to be returned as per their website.
They processed the refund even though in previous emails they stated their system stated the offer had been rejected.

Had various lies and promises of someone contacting me to sort out. No sign of computer being returned

Gave up in the end Company untrustworthy will not deal with this or its parent company again

Just completed The Christmas Markets…

Just completed The Christmas Markets Cruise on the Danube. Could not fault it. Food was excellent organisation perfect. Ship and accommodation spotless. Should give the cruise directors a pay rise they worked hard.

It was a pity that the had to use Ryanair for the flights they were bad. After such a good trip it bought you back to earth with a bang. I would book another cruise tommorow but do not think I could suffer another Ryanair flight.

Thanks for the reply understand you have no control over flights. Hence five stars

Rent A Wreck

Picked up the hire car with great difficulty. Sent to wrong place. Could not inspect car as office closed but had to give credit card number. Key left at a hotel. No sat nav although ordered and paid for. Car had damage more suitable. For stock car racing. No paperwork forms. Information on breakdown not provided. Car was at least 13 years old and had done 160000 km. not cleaned as rubbish found inside. Could not reject car as accommodation for night booked elsewhere. Was returning to Auckland but Supplier would not answer phone or emails to rectify or change car to what was paid for. Supplier Drive NZ rental cars. I will not be using Economy Rentals again if you do check other feedback sites for the car supplier as Economy reviews of company’s that supply their cars are flawed. Totally ruined the holiday of a lifetime. No help was provided by Economy Car Rentals

Flying Sardine Can

The flights with Air Canada were among the worst I have ever experienced due to cramped seating, poor quality of food and the attitude of cabin crew. The insistence of one drink be it alcoholic, soft or tea or coffee at mealtimes was really poor on a flight of this length. It was made worse by the fact that cabin crew could be heard complaining if someone dared order bottled water during the flight. Perhaps the fact that Calgary airport offer carry on board food boxes says it all. One star is too good.

This was our 50th anniversary

This was our 50th anniversary. Booked Golf leaf for the views but ended up with a restricted view via emergency exit. Food and crew excellent. Hotel in Kamloops basic but ok. Outside viewing platform very small. Organisation good through trip. Ac broke down and this appears to be common in high temps. Wish I could put in some photos to show how bad outlook was.

Giant Trance E+2 under two years ago

Giant Trance E+2 under two years ago. Back wheel bearing failed at around eighteen months and at 23 months old motor bearing failed. Awaiting Giant response as still within 2 year warranty. Bike has done just over 3000 miles. Really disappointed with reliability.

Usual response from Giant. Decline to repair. Took them almost two months to come to that decision.

Poor Communication

In May 2021 to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary we booked a cruise via yourselves with Regent Cruises. Due to Covid 19 restrictions in place and information received from one of your colleagues we decided to cancel.

It took six weeks to and a lot of phone calls to finally get a full refund. Problem was with Regent taking four weeks to send refund.

Also poor communication was a problem hence only three stars

Not impressed totally useless

Ordered cable on wed 03/11/21 and email sent to say dispatched by lunch time the same day. Paid for next day delivery and still waiting on Monday 08/11/21. Website tracking originally stated delivery Thursday, Then changed to Friday not says Monday. If your supplier uses this company suggest you look elsewhere. Could not give below one star.
