Very good quality. Delivery took 3 weeks due to corona crisis, but company already mentioned that, which is perfectly fine. Curtains were delivered a day earlier than expected, which was great. And it's made in the Netherlands, so very nice to help the local economy.

Lightning fast, good communication, best price. What more can you ask?

Been with them for 4 years now. Never had any issues with hidden charges, fees or overdraft. Customer service has always been very helpful and assisting. Customer service at branches is excellent; much better than other high street banks. Recommended to a friend. Friend doesn't have any issues either. They pay competitively on their Cash ISA. I do have accounts to Barclays and FirstDirect, and I still consider TSB to be on par with FirstDirect.

I bought a goose down duvet, 4 luxury super microfibre pillows, a full set Egyptian cotton covers, sheets and pillowcases. All of them arrived very fast with notifications in my inbox and mobile phone messages. The quality is excellent, I can't recommend this place enough! Will definitely order again!
