Do not order/ buy from Venum

have ordered 2 items from Venum directly and they have never arrived. I have been in touch with their various customer service representatives for 2 weeks and they are not issuing a refund. I receive repeated, partly automated emails. Please don’t order from this company.

New ownership, higher prices

Since Photobox has been taken over by a different company, the prices have gone up in the way that you used to get up to 160 pages in the XL photobooks and now they have cut it down to 120 pages.

Always a joy to receive the photobook…

Always a joy to receive the photobook as a lot of work and time is being put into them. Sadly the quality of the books is beginning to lack with the pages becoming loose over time. I received my last photobook and the front and rear pages were already torn by an inch.

Poor quality

I ordered the plywood stars which arrived after 10 days and we had to do a very fiddly job in putting the lights into the stars. After that the stars fell apart on their adhesive sides.
And the customer services have not replied yet after I sent photos of the faulty products.
