Highly recommended.

I have ordered from TShirt Studio several times in the past few years. Each time has been excellent in all respects.
Their products are good, and the prices are very reasonable.
The website is easy to use, and it's simple to integrate your own photos/designs.
They have always shipped products on time. I can't comment on their customer service, because I have never had cause to use it!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Nice products at good prices.

This company sells on other manufacturers products. Their jewellery range is excellent, and the prices are fair.
Additionally, the goods arrived extremely quickly, despite coming from different locations. All round a very good service.

Review of Temu

Bargain prices, but they use the worst delivery company in the UK!

I have used Temu fairly often, and would generally rate them 4 star. However, they continue to use Evri for deliveries, whose service is terrible, so I have to mark them down.
Come on Temu, get a decent delivery company!
UPDATE 20/11/25
AT TRUST PILOT REQUEST, I SUBMITTED ALL THE ORDER INFORMATION (PO-210-12474981852792074, PLACED ON 5/11/25). THIS ORDER WAS SHIPPED BY TEMU TO THEIR COURIER (EVRI), WHO HAD IT FOR ABOUT A WEEK, PROMISED TO DELIVER IT, DIDN'T, AND HAVE SINCE REMAINED TOTALLY UNREACHABLE. TEMU ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO HELP.

Impossible to talk to a person, chat bot offers no useful information or help.

Unfortunately some of the companies I order from use Evri, so I have had to experience their parcel delivery several times.
The normal routine is to receive notification from them that they have my parcel, and will let me know when it's out for delivery. Then nothing happens for about a week, then they give me a delivery date. On several occasions this date has not been met. This time, they had the parcel on 10th November. On 15th they said they would deliver on the 16th. On 16th they said they would deliver on next working day (17th). On 17th the chat bot said don't worry, it's in hand(!). On 18th I tried to phone, but wasn't allowed to get to a person.
To summarise, the worst delivery company I have ever experienced, and I've used them all.

I HAVE JUST READ THE RIDICULOUS REPLY FROM EVRI. AS I SAID ABOVE, I HAVE ALREADY TRIED ALL OF THE RECOMMENDED WAYS TO CONTACT EVRI FOR TWO DAYS, AND HAVE HAD ZERO RESPONSE. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME, THERE IS NO UPDATE ON THE APP, AND I CAN'T TALK TO A PERSON. REALLY PATHETIC.
UPDATE 20TH NOVEMBER:-
STILL ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM EVRI - NO CONTACT OR COMMUNICATION OF ANY KIND, DESPITE MY USING THEIR CHATBOT AND TRYING TO PHONE EVERY DAY. WHAT TRULY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great experience, no problems at all!

I have used Zwift for about 2 years, and during that time have had issues with 3 items; Zwift Hub trainer, Zwift Click gear shifter, and Zwift Play Controllers. You would think this would lead to a bad review, especially since I have read many terrible reviews about customer service.
BUT NO!! In each instance, customer service has been amazing, and has resulted in new FOC replacements being delivered to me within days of my initial contact!
As an example, two days ago I contacted Zwift customer service to explain a problem with the play controllers. They responded within a few minutes (yes, minutes!), asked me to try a restart protocol. I let them know a few minutes later that it didn't work, and received a reply 5 minutes later requesting a 30-second video showing the issue. I sent this, and within half an hour had a response asking for my shipping address so they could send a replacement, which is arriving today!
This is exemplary service by any standard. I can only assume that they have had issues in the past, in which case, kudos to Zwift for turning them around so drastically.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience! Ordered a set of bed linen. Received order acknowledgement, and email from shipper saying they would be receiving item soon for delivery.
Then a few days later PayPal notified us that we had received a refund!
There was no contact of any kind from Linens Ltd.

Great glasses for the money

Great glasses for the money.
Ordered 3 sets of varifocals, both clear and dark lens. Once they started making them, delivery was very speedy. However, I only awarded 4 stars as they had many questions regarding prescription, etc. I answered each question immediately, but each time it took them several days to respond, leading to a greatly extended delivery time. I feel they should be clearer during the ordering process when detailing exactly what information they need.

Review of Insync Bikes

Excellent customer service.

The bike I ordered arrived with front forks bent in transit (obviously not Insync's fault).
When I contacted their customer service, they were great - apologised, and offered either a replacement bike or an upgraded pair of forks. I accepted the forks to avoid the hassle of having to return the bike.
Their response was immediate and effective. They called me several times to explain what was happening.
Oh, and the bike was OK too! I ordered a very cheap one, and it's absolutely fine.

Excellent all-round service and value.

I haven't used Glasses Direct for a few years, but they still had my account on record, and I was easily able to update my prescription. They had some questions and called me immediately. They were very helpful, and the glasses arrived when they were supposed to. The value is fantastic - I got a pair of varifocals, a pair of long distance sunglasses, and a pair of reading glasses for the same amount that I paid for a single pair of varifocals from a well known high street store.
