Sent my pristine phone in after they offered me the best price, they counter offered me claiming it wasn’t what I said with a video that showed literally nothing and knocked the price down, tossers.

You are mistaken. All our products are 100% genuine. Our returns process is straight forward however you do need to take to a post office.
