Very pleased with my purchases. Very promptly delivered by Royal Mail.
I had an issue with a return (post office problems) This was dealt with swiftly and the staff are all friendly and informative.

I love my bench. I previously had a banana bench, which I replaced.
I ordered the wave design this time. I'm really happy with it. So much so, that when funds allow I'm going to get a four piece dining set to match.
I've only knocked off a star for delivery (which I know is a separate company)
For weeks it was booked for the 7th July. That morning I had a call to say they couldn't come. Fortunately I had that week off and was available on the 9th. Despite this the delivery was prompt on the morning of the 9th & caused me no issues, but it could have done.
No matter now, I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is my 3rd visit. I'll never stop having this done. It's made my life so much easier (I'm a red lipstick girl) saves so much time in the morning and looks perfect all the time.

Left for over 3 hours in the dark and cold with inadequate information as to when myself and my vehicle would be collected.

I received a faulty item. It took 1 hour of messaging that was clear delaying tactics in order to not issue a refund. In the end (which is what I believe they are working towards) I was offered 50% I only agreed to this, because just they wouldn't tell me how to return the item. My questions were never answered. I figured if I did return it they would say they hadn't received it & I wouldn't be refunded anyway?So I reluctantly agreed to a 50% refund, but they refunded 50% of the sale price which was £10 less than I paid. Completely dishonest company. AVOID like the plague.

Thanks for your prompt response to my review, but I will not be contacting you further. This is due to the impossibly difficult way your customer 'service' is set up. (Far from customer friendly). Your standard reply to a negative review seems to be please contact us! My experience was so time consuming and difficult that won't be happening. I stand by my opinion of your appalling service.
