Ordered a christmas light package consisting of 3 pieces. 2 pieces arrived. Emailed asking where the third part was. Asked to send a photo of what arrived. Got a 'we will escalate' email and now 20 days later and two chasing emails later no 3rd part or refund.

I did a mail redirection - because I have a different surname to my children, I it wouldn’t let me do it online as one transaction so I had to do it as 2. Frustrating.

I ordered my item in pink. I collected the item & wasn't told that the colour I ordered was not in stock. Item was boxes. Got home to open & put it together & realised it was grey not pink. Spoke to store who informed pink was out of stock. Was desperate for the item of safety equipment so had no option but to keep item
