Everything was ok

Everything was ok, until I got to the shop,and I had no bar for scanning my parcel, the shop keeper was very helpful,but I took too long,when I had my id my phone order,I realise it's the busiest time of year,and I don't expect deliveries on time, but saying scan the code, when I didn't have one sent was annoying.

It would be a MASSIVE help to have a…

It would be a MASSIVE help to have a phone number, to speak to a human being, my delivery spot was SUPPOSEDLY after 1pm, with a 2 hour window sent the night before, the delivery guy came at 9 AM absolutely not his fault,I need another sharps bin, but because I've no one to contact, so hopefully this complaint MIGHT help make it easier for your clients or patients.
