Good value for money. I've been a member since Pure Gym took over the facility. Decent quality equipment in sufficient numbers, even at busy periods. The Personal Trainers working out of Camden also are excellent quality.

I was pleased to find replacement lenses for my 20-year old uvex cycling glasses as the quality of the frames exceeds what is now available on the market. Sunglass fix delivered the product as described and within the expected delivery time. I was relieved that i did not have any customs paperwork or fees to manage myself.

Delivery was on time and package in good condition, but driver did not follow instructions on safe space location. I also could not log in through the app as the verification link didn't work. Supposedly there was a photo of the location of delivery on the app. Instead i had to open all the various shed doors and boxes around the outside of house to look for the box.

Easy to use, and always offers best prices. Split ticket service is also appreciated

Easy to book online, easy to find centre at LHR, short queue and fast processing. Received result in 24 hours - ahead of scheduled. Good value versus many of the competitors.

I ordered five items (3 different vases and 2 sonar fox repellents). Even though there was an elaborate procedure to book a delivery date, only two of the items i ordered arrived on that date! One vase was completely shattered. However it was not worth my time to try and return/exchange it.

I received a text message that the other three items would arrive on a saturday. But then they did not arrive. I was too busy to chase, but then they did arrive on the Tuesday. Nothing broken fortunately.

I would not use the delivery service ever again. And as i hate shopping in store, will now have to go back to Amazon. A shame, as the Homebase price/quality equation is good.
