Why not look after existing customers?
Sadly after having insured with you directly for a number of years my quote rose from £282 to £411 despite there being no claim. Disappointingly I then found the same cover, apart from a small increase in the excess, provided by Lloyds but via a comparison site less than last years price! All seems a bit perverse- why not look after existing good customers instead of paying commission?
