Shady about their cancellation policy and slow to respond to customer service.

Beware!! You have to cancel by the 20th and have to e-mail to do so No on-site button to cancel.

If you do decide to return you have to pay shipping.

Beware! Items may arrive “broken”!

Sent off a perfectly working ipad in a case and then a box; was told the screen was somehow cracked. Customer service was smug and didn’t care I was getting ripped off. Terrible service. Wouldn’t use again.

Edit; the account was other my mothers name per their reply - I still did not get any extra help.

Really Fast Delivery

Pretty good, the sizing charts are a little unclear as sized are listed UK/US and the chart doesn’t say which it relates to.

But, aside from that - the prices are good, and the delivery time was excellent. Would buy again.

Declined by cashback even though...

Declined by cashback even though I did everything they said. Also tried to charge me for Premium when I didn’t want it - they did waive the fee on that. So 2 stars instead of 1.

When a transaction has been declined this is done by the merchant and not TopCashback. If we are able to do so we will query this with the network and merchant via our missing cashback claim process, however we cannot guarantee a claim will be successful, when the claim has been complete if this is still declined by the merchant, this is the final decision and not something we can over turn.

Beautiful Funeral Flowers

Ordered a spray of flowers for a funeral - very happy with the price and how they were able to be delivered straight to the funeral home.

However, because of the snow the funeral was cancelled and Interflora made the flowers again for free for when the funeral was rescheduled!

They looked lovely and fresh and were very vibrant. Very impressed.

Saved so much money over the years...

From freebies to deals to discount codes i've saved so much money, and saved myself a few bad deals by reading the comments.

Some of the users are rude and abrasive, but that's not the sites fault and it's easy to ignore the rude people and just focus on the amazing helpful ones instead.

Seller and buyer of 6 years...

As a buyer i've had very few issues, whenever a seller has not sent my item or it has been damaged, eBay has ruled in my favour and i've gotten my money back if the seller won't fix it themselves.

As a seller, i've had a few problems of buyers leaving unfair reviews without coming to me first - such as an item being a day late when it's not my fault Royal Mail was slow with the item.

It's a problem you can't leave buyers negative feedback.
