A Trustworthy Company

When I first signed up to Questor Insurance, I was purchasing an unknown service. However, in October 2025, I made a claim on the excess I was charged by the car rental company for an accident on their vehicle. I followed Questor Insurance guidance on how to make a claim. The people representing the company were always very helpful. I was reimbursed the full amount on the excess I was charged by the car rental company. Needless to say, I was very impressed that Questor lived up to my expectations. Hence the five star review and the renewal of my Questor policy.

Don’t use Evri to deliver in Penshurst

Evri has never yet delivered a parcel to my front door or covered porch. Every delivery has been delivered to the other side of the building, outside a community door and garden, where there is no cover. This is despite downloading their App and pinpointing my front door. All other delivery companies deliver to my door. Evri is well known in our area as most people have the same problem.

I will never ever trust HP Support Again

I bought a brand new HP DeskJet Printer 2820e from Amazon and tried to connect it wirelessly to my brand new Acer Aspire 15 Notebook. I was having difficulty, so I went online to the HP Support website recommended on the literature on the 14 August 2025. One of the online support assistants communicated with me by typing out questions and responses. I explained that I could not connect the printer wirelessly to my laptop. The support assistant said that a HP engineer will be in contact with me to assist me with the connection.
I then get a call from a man with a slight Indian accent who said he was from HP and was responding to my request. He asked if he could have access to my computer. I said let me know what needs to be done and I can do it. He insisted that unless he went onto my computer he would not be able to connect it. I very reluctantly accepted his code and he was on my computer. He started fiddling around it and typing various things in safe mode. He begins to show me that my computer has been infected by a Trojan worm and that more and more of my computer was affected. He then says I need to remove the malware and begins to type out what the problem is and that it would cost £110 to remove the malware and for £238, I could have the required anti-malware to keep it safe. Until this is done he was not able to connect my printer.
I immediately asked him to get-off my laptop. To which he said it would cost more when I come back. I then closed him out.
I took my laptop and printer to a top computer specialist to see if he could sort the problem for me. He checked the printer and said you don't have the driver loaded. He checked the printer and said it was perfect. He downloaded the printer driver and connected my laptop to the printer wirelessly.
I then realised that HP are probably outsourcing their support to somewhere in India, and this so called engineer was moonlighting on the job and scamming innocent customers who are buying new HP products. This has totally destroyed my trust and confidence in HP for life. I wish I had never bought their printer. If HP check their UK website communications on Thursday 14th August 2025 on a request to connect a HP DeskJet 2820e wirelessly, they will know exactly who this HP representative is that is scamming their customers.

Sold within a Week at target Price

Within a week we had two offers for our 2 bedroom apartment we owned through Seymours and at the target price in a location that is inundated with flats for sale. They spread the word and started showrounds immediately; and negotiated the selling price. We are currently half way through the sales process. They did get some help from us in getting the flat decorated for sale. Well done and thank you.

Advised in advance by text on the time frame for delivery on the day. Had a phone call 20 minutes before delivery. Item happily delivered in the apartment with no hassle. Thank you

Best Way to Book Rail tickets

Booking a rail ticket on thetrainline is simple, and in my view, the best way to purchase rail tickets in advance. It is quick and you get the best deal available. You also have multiple choices in the process and to apply whatever discounted railcard you have. With the Seniorcard, there is no better way to travel.

First Experience of Priory Road Car Park

My first experience of Priory Road Car Park in Tonbridge. Very pleased to find that there was a car park space, and that the walk to Tonbridge Station was shorter than a marathon. A good overall experience, will use it again.

The convenience of finding a parking space…

The convenience of finding a parking space in the covered car park. Open 24 hours. Very well located for Tonbridge railway station. Prices are high for parking after 6.00pm. There should be a drop in parking charges between 6.00pm and 7.00am.

Quick & Easy with the right payment card

The Royal Mail Redirection service is quick and easy to implement. However, it did take me several attempts and a change in bank cards to pay the redirection fee. I am away from home, and where I am, has dreadful internet. My computer has internet, but not my mobile. NatWest, quite old fashioned, could not get a text to my mobile with the security code to complete my transaction. Fortunately, Barclays being more advanced, enabled me to complete the transaction online without using the internet.

A top wood flooring Company

We were looking for a company to install a solid oak wood flooring that would lift our Dining room and Hallway. We attended various exhibitions and visited several wood floor companies that were all the same and fairly mediocre. We stumbled across One Wood Floors and in discussion knew by their approach that they would do a good job. We have a stunning solid oak floor in a modern herringbone style. All the skirting was removed so the flooring goes under the skirting. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work has been excellent. We can certainly recommend them

This we found in Simon Stevens at the Wokingham kitchen showroom. He very patiently worked with us and gave us a lot of creative guidance, turning our initial kitchen plan and ideas into a stunning and practical kitchen. Throughout the process, Simon was there to make sure that we had the 'A' team working with us.
