Easy to apply for the insurance, except for putting in date of birth, it needs a short cut to jump to the year required.

Adele was very efficient and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to speak with someone who obviously knew the products she was selling, and able to advise confidently, often from first hand experience.

Excellent service from start to finish, the planning was very detailed and a lot of time was spent with us. I would suggest however that purchasers spend some time on there own checking how much plinth, corniche, pelmet and décor panels are actually needed, as significant money can be saved by not over estimating on all of the above.
We used our own fitter, and this worked very well.

Delivery was exactly as had been promised, one item was found to be damaged on unpacking, this was dealt with easily and efficiently by the after sales team.

I have no hesitation in recommending Wren kitchens.

The lady was very keen to sign me up for a 2 month free trial of breakdown cover, but all I wanted was to book the service I had purchased, she did this, but when I arrived for the service, the garage knew nothing about it. They did manage to fit me in later that day, but gave no report on the service and no paperwork. I assume the oil and filter were changed, but suspect that is all that was done.

No problems at all with the service, very courteous and easier than leaving at a car park. It was also the cheapest, will definately use again.
