Couldn't recommend Josh and James highly enough. They've done a great job at our property installing fire rated steel and glass door. I think they are one of the best on the market for fire rated steel doors in terms of the price and quality.
I wouldn't recommend this company doors due to their poor quality. I purchased two doors from them. One was okayish with some minor bents but the second one was bent to the extent that it could not be locked due to the gaps between door and frame reaching 10-12mm. After a couple of weeks chasing the company they just advised me to bent the frame so it becomes aligned with the bent door.
Ordered from them few aluminium trims. Arrived quite quickly but different sizes, i.e. much bigger. Emailed customer service 10 days ago and still waiting for the response.

Reported a loss of hot water in my heatpump on Monday, 29 January. As of Saturday, 3 February still waiting for the Daikin getting back to me to arrange an engineer visit with no hot water in the property. Instead of engineer appointment received a request to review my experience. So here you go, hope this helps.

Ordered sunglasses from their site during black friday. They took money and confirmed the order via email. After a couple of days received another email saying my order was cancelled per my request. Apparently they were selling stock which wasn't available. Not happy as lost on other deals which are now not available anymore.
Bought a washing machine with delivery on Friday. All went well until the point when the driver called me and told that they would be in 3-4 minutes. After 25 minutes and no washing machine received a call from customer service saying that the driver couldn't find the space to park and the machine could not be delivered. The road I live on is quite wide and there is lots of space in roads around. In six years I live in this place I had various big and small deliveries including large kitchen appliances even from AO but never had any issues with delivery drivers finding space to park. Cancelled order with AO and ordered machine from Currys which was delivered without any issues on Monday. Well done Currys!

I'm sorry that we were unable to deliver your washing machine.
Having looked at the notes on the order, I can see that the driver was unable to park and therefore unable to deliver your appliance. The driver has taken several photos to show he was unable to park due to parking restrictions and lack of space.
Although I can fully understand how disappointing this is, our delivery crews can only park where they are legally allowed to do so.
In such rare circumstances, we would normally reschedule the delivery, however you opted to cancel the order and a full refund was processed.
