De lurar folk med priser p Dkk o visar Kr

Jag kommit till sajten via svenska google sökning och sätt leverans adressen till Sverige. Det visar priset i Kr och tror man att det är svenska kronor men vid betalning upptäckte jag att det var DKK och det betyder 40% dyrare i pris. Jag försökte att annullera eller ändra beställningen på en gång via deras egna "ändra beställningen" formulär men nästa dag de struntar på det och skickar beställning ändå!!!
Efter klagande till deras support, de sa att jag kan åter köpet som jag stå själv för retur frakten OCH 100sek i avgift!!!!!

Worst after sales quality ever seen

I bought a Sector no limits watch from the local market in Sweden and according to their site (the manufacturer' site) they clearly mention that it has a two years warranty. After about one year of using it the black color on the watch face disappeared and the silver metal color underneath is visible. Contacted the manufacturer with emails telephone calles, reminders but no reply, and many times they don't even answer the phone!!!!
The service is clearly very bad and with such a quality of the product I would strongly recommend to avoid buying this brand.

Shame on banking sector

I was surprised to receive a paper invoice with delay penalty after returning from my vacation and when I called them they said they send an invoice via email, and since I didn't pay they sent the reminder by post and immediately sent to inkasso. The original invoice was 90kr, and because of what they said and that this is the first time they send me an invoice I thought maybe it went to scrap inbox, and I had to contact their own "inkasso" agent, which is a part of the bank it self to settle an invoice of 333kr to avoid escalations!!!! Complete rippoff

The first invoice is sent by mail. If it is not paid befor due date we will send a reminder invoice by post with extra fee.
If you have not received any invoice it´s important that you contact us so that we have the opportunity to send you a copy.

Man kan inte ångra sig!!!!!!!

I called 30 min after placing the order asking to cancel the order but they said I cannot cancel but I can simply return the product when I receive it using the return voucher in the bag which cost me 6Euro deduction from my payment!!!!!

Du kan ångra ditt köp, det har du alltid rätt till men det ska inte förväxlas med en makulering. När du ringde cirka två timmar efter att du hade genomfört beställningen var den redan i en process där en makulering var onåbar. När en beställning har nått en viss punkt i flödet kan vi inte återta den och makulera köpet.

Processen har vi gjort riktigt snabb just för att du ska kunna få din beställning så snart det bara går!

Worse travel company ever

I booked my trip and they have not clarified during the whole booking process neither the confirmation of booking that the booking was without any baggage and when I send then asking why, they ask you to purchase the ''service package'' just to answer your email !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

see that you do not giving us any chance to analyze your situation by not registering your order number.

Generally, when you book online, you have a possibility to not only see the destination, but the route, including all the programmed stops.

Service package, on its turn is an opportunity to get an expanded service for your special requests, changes and etc.

As we do put an extra effort in solving the mentioned cases, we are offering our clients to subscribe the package at small cost.
