Although our power was interrupted on two consecutive days - and was off for over 9 hours on the second day - I felt that UK Power Networks did all they could to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Just as importantly, we were kept up to date with what was happening, which was both helpful and reassuring.

The flowers were a gift for my sister. She sent a photo to show how lovely they were and said that they kept improving for days.

I have just completed my order with Wren Kitchens. The service I received from their kitchen designer Alan Prior was absolutely phenomenal. He had to be very creative to make the most of a small space and spared no effort to get things perfect for me. He was patient and supportive and could not have done more. Can't wait to get the kitchen fitted now.

I bought some oedema gloves for my daughter who has problems with tendons in her hands and wrists. Looked on Amazon first and was absolutely shocked at the prices. Complete Care shop had them
for a quarter of the price and sent them very quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dining table and chairs are great quality and we're delivered promptly. Unfortunately, I was given inaccurate information about assembly. I phoned the company and asked specifically how much assembly was required and was told categorically that the only assembly necessary was attaching the seats to the chairs. The table arrived flat packed and, because it is very heavy, I was unable to assemble it and turn it over on my own. The delivery guys said "This often happens - they don't tell people." NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

If this review was solely about the window fitters and the product, it would be a definite 5. Apart from being skilled and highly professional, Jordan and Nick were lovely to have around - friendly, funny and very hardworking. They did an incredible job. I'm also delighted with the product - the windows and doors look lovely and I've noticed a real difference in the warmth and noise reduction around the house. The only reason for the 4 is that the work took longer than expected. I was told by the salesman and the surveyor that the local manager would put enough people on the job to guarantee getting it done in one day, however only one team was sent along so the job took two days to complete. This was not the fitters' fault at all. If the work had been done in the time I was assured it would be, I would not have hesitated to give a 5.

The wrist support has helped my daughter immensely. She has severe tendinitis in her wrist and thumb and the support has given reassurance and comfort.

Step by step communication about the delivery of the flowers and so charmingly put! I am told by the person receiving the flowers that they are beautiful. And no delivery charge! Brilliant.
