Fantastic group for like-minded theatre fans

I've been to several West End Outings events after being recommended by a friend. Each event is well organised, bringing together a friendly group of people to watch some of the best shows in town. The pre-event socials are a lovely idea to meet fellow attendees before heading to the venue. Adam is a perfect host and goes out of his way to ensure everyone feels welcome. West End Outings takes a hassle out of going to the theatre. There are events for everyone and I'm looking forward to attending more shows later this year.

Awful customer service - impossible to speak to anyone regarding issue

I received a faulty pair of walking trousers from Nevisport. I have spent the past 7 days trying to contact them by telephone and by email, and cannot get a response from anybody. Their telephone number rings out and eventually disconnects at all times of the day. Nobody responds to emails. I am reluctantly now pursuing a chargeback through my credit card company. It was my first time ordering from Nevisport and will be my last. It's not their fault the trousers were faulty - that's outside of their control. Their awful, non-existent customer service is entirely their fault though - avoid them at all costs.

Poor quality products and awful customer service

Awful company - avoid at all costs and use a premium printer instead.

I had a terrible experience with this company and have given them an opportunity to resolve the matter for me but they have refused and I remain £2.82 out of pocket.

The quality of their product is extremely poor. The spiral bound notebooks are flimsy and of poor quality. They also supplied an incorrect colour. I ordered an orange notebook and the product they supplied was red. I was willing to accept the incorrect product if they refunded me the £2.82 I am out of pocket due to their inability to deliver the priority delivery service that I paid for.

Mistakes and delays happen and I always give the company chance to make things right before leaving a negative review. In this case W T F Notebooks had ample opportunity to resolve this and were either incapable or unwilling to doing so.

If you're thinking of using this poor company then think again - their products are poor quality, their production process is flawed and their after sales customer service is dire.

In the end I have raised a dispute with my credit card company and received an immediate refund via that route instead. I'd encourage anyone else who is unsatisfied with this company to do the same.

We're very sorry you weren't happy with your experience. As you know, we have refunded the costs for the shipping upgrade – and as our customer service team suggested we are also happy to replace the notebook free of charge.

The £2.82 were a charge for a phone call you made to DHL, and hopefully you can appreciate that we are unable to cover such bills. We have been happy to resolve all of this with you from the start, but unfortunately communication stopped after our last email to you when we asked for a photo of the incorrect notebook.

Data breach - credit card details stolen

Company impacted by a data breach where credit card numbers, expiry dates, cardholder addresses and CVC numbers were stolen by hackers. No reassurance for all customers who were supposedly not impacted about how they are keeping our data safe. Appalling response by head office who are trying to brush this under the carpet. If you're confident in your cyber security protection why are you ignoring customer concerns?
