I did have a couple of issues, but Danielle from support is an absolute legend. She went way past expectations and saw that all issues were fixed very quickly and professionally. Thank you again!
Was sent a defective bed missing internal threading for the headboard to be secured to.
After speaking to customer service, they simply apologised and said they would send out the replacement part and I would have to repair the bed myself. I just wanted a quick turnaround so I agreed.
Now, almost 2 weeks later, I still haven't received the part, and I have a semi assembled bed with a headboard leaning against the wall on the floor.

You've somehow managed to smash 3 individual parcels of IKEA glass door panels over the last week and I'm sick of it. Have some respect for your customer's belongings.
Bedstar sent me a completely different colour bed (a very light grey instead of dark charcoal) and then told me that the colours / images on its website "are for illustration purposes only".
Apparently, a pale grey is now considered charcoal and the colour swatches and representations on the website are just a work of fantasy. Sorry, I'm not accepting that.
That is called false advertising and misleading customers is illegal under trading standards.

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the fabric colour to the bed you received. From looking at the notes on the account I can see our supplier replaced the bed for you and this was received in the same colour. I understand this is in the process of being collected so that we can check the fabric colour when it arrives back as you declined the bed we were unable to confirm if the colour was correct or not.. As my colleague advised the images are for illustration purposes and this is correct. We also advised we can send out fabric samples prior to placing any order. In the meantime we had agreed to refund you for the bed. I can see this has been processed for you so the funds should be with you quite soon.
Very overpriced and sub standard quality. I bought 3 onesies from this store for over £300 expecting the quality to be outstanding and long lasting. 2 out of 3 of the zippers broke within 12 months of owning them. Even washing these onesies on a delicate cycle somehow manages to break the zips. Rubbish quality. Don't waste your money.
I didn't receive any order / delivery confirmation days after placing my order so I did need to chase it up. My cigars have arrived a few days late but in time for my get together, so I'm not completely disappointed. 3 stars because I don't think I would have had my order delivered if I didn't make the extra effort to contact you.

Thank you for letting us know that you hadn't received your order yet, we try our best to keep an eye on the hundreds of orders that go out daily but sometimes there are delays with Royal Mail. Happy to hear you had your cigars in time.
I'm inclined to say I received a fake Paco Robanne Invictus EDP from Mankind. A few reasons:
The cellophane wrapping had been removed.......
I already own this fragrance. I understand that not every batch is the same, but this version I received from Mankind is simply bland. It smells like Invictus, if half of the ingredients were missing.
And finally, the version I bought from Boots has outstanding longevity, which is one of my main factors in buying this fragrance. However, the version I bought from Mankind lasts about 2 hours at most and doesn't project anything like the real thing.
I can't even call this Invictus, I'm sorry. It's blatantly a knock-off.

If I want something a little different in my wardrobe that's good quality and fresh I'll shop at Yukka. They've got a great range of clothing with an urban vibe.
