Fine

I would have rated higher but I have been a member for about 2 years I think possibly longer and although I don't come very often these days, every time I do since the first day my fob hasn't worked and I need to buzz the buzzer to be let in and disturb someone, may seem trivial but its been years now and each time I come in same thing and person is very polite and looks at it with promises of head office will sort but never sorts! I even got banned from booking classes as I wasn't officially in the gym 3 times in a row or something (even tho I was there) but apart from that I like the gym!

Poor

I ordered trainers that never arrived then when I investigated you had refunded me with no communication! Saying order cancelled!!!!
Disappointing as I never got them in time for my sons birthday

Canvsses are ok, but qualty could be better, I feel the quality of the picture on canvas is quite poor!

Canvsses are ok, but qualty could be better, I feel the quality of the picture on canvas is quite poor! I will probably just keep them up till I can replace them! No problems with regards to the sale and the webite etc!

Hi Sarah, Can you please email us your order id to website at just4canvas.co.uk? remove spaces and replace at with @
We always ask for better quality images if there is a problem with uploaded image so unless a customer is agreed to print we never print. I don't know how your order is processed with bad quality image. We would like to investigate this.
