Perfect service. If you don’t need it you can just alter the date for delivery even if you have subscribed. You get discount codes too that add up. Fantastic service and my dogs love it!

I too have been had! I only bought them as I thought they were an English company!!!! I had no idea they were from China. Otherwise I would not have ordered them. I still have not received them!!!

These flowers were delivered o Bath this time. So the florist picked by Interflora was better this time than Colchester where I sent flowers before. I really was not going to send by Interflora again However I have paid my annual free delivery so thought a bit of a waste not to use. Still think Interflora takes too much percentage together with shop that makes and delivers too. By the time you have ordered a £30.00 bouquet the flowers look mean! I won’t renew my £70 free delivery

I ordered a £50 bouquet and the recipient sent me a photo!! It was like a £20 bouquet. I was not pleased. Only one stem of lily!!!!! And a mixture of rubbish and beads and pink statis etc.....
Interflora should do better. Was a florist in Colchester! Never again. I was so disappointed.
They refunded me 30%. I hope interflora check this florist out. Believe me I owned a flower shop. I was disgusted.
