Vio scam Travelodge…

Vio booked me into a hotel Travelodge London Crystal Palace that is shut. They rang me to move me into another hotel at the last minute much further away. They keep doing this to other people and say they don’t know the hotel is closed.it’s A Vio scam pressured into staying in a different cheaper hotel further away.

Unfortunately, we were not aware of the hotel's closure and when we have been informed, we immediately assisted you by offering an alternative hotel or a full refund.

Since you accepted the alternative offered, we made the new reservation and confirmed it to you. After that, you asked to cancel it and get a refund, however, the new booking was already confirmed as per your acceptance and a refund was no longer possible.

Customer service make up impossible…

Customer service make up impossible stories I got sent shoddy door handles that were too tight so the springs in the rim lock can’t turn them. They said all the stock was fine but they don’t have my locks I’m fitting the knobs to? The returns processing is just made to put you off sending anything’s back and you have to pay to return everything DO NOT USE

Poor products impossible returns process the customer service basically make things up. Will not ever use again. Screw fix or trade station as cheap and take anything back.

They just make stuff up. Avoid at all cost. Just my view.

We have searched our records for an order or correspondence from you but we have found nothing, so it seems you have mistaken us for another retailer with a similar name.

Our returns process is very simple and we offer a very generous 30 day returns period, so if you were to shop with us you would find the experience more enjoyable than the one you describe.

In the meantime, we would be grateful if you would please remove your unfair review as it relates to another, completely unrelated retailer.

Ordered a scraper from them the order…

Ordered a scraper from them the order went through then they cancelled it and sent me a refund as it has a blade they can sell them on line???
Why have any tools with blades on line if your not going to send them out. Nice company but waste of time non line.
