The customer portal and the tech overall are very basic but service is ok. I am taking a star off because of the cumbersome leaver process. I closed my account on the 18th of November and I am still waiting for a refund on my account of about £50 that they have overcharged. case reference 13857240

We have instructed Coles Miller to amend 8 leases and they have done the work with spotless attention to detail even highlighting some subtle differences across the leases.
My wife visited the store and picked up some samples. The staff gave her good advice and today I called to secure the discounted price. Sorina helped me selecting a 4mm engineered flooring that was matching one of the samples. So far great experience and I am looking forward to the delivery.
I dropped one chest of drawer and a 2 runners were ruined. I have contacted the tech support and they identified the replacement part and helped me during the replacement procedure, especially David G. was extremely helpful, patient and very quick to respond. Thank you!

We had the whole building connected. The whole process was spotless with MET Connections firstly laying the cables in place connecting all flats via cable conduits that were put in place by our own builders. MET Connections were really helpful and did everything they could to meet our needs. Finally I had my flat connected by Marriott who was very polite, efficient and helpful. As there was an issue in the initial setup the day after I contacted Martin on the help desk and the fault team came on the same day: Isaiah and Jevoni were super professional and rectified the issue on the spot. Now I am up and running. Big thank you to all involved.

am having to return a flu and the process is very thorough but fair. ShakeelIn in the customer service has been very helpful in finding out the collection time from the courier company.
I bought a Carry Cruise trolley which I only used a handful of times and the handle broke. I have contacted support by they have ignored my message. Avoid
I was overcharged for a service to a bike that I bought from them and I manage to get a voucher card as a token for the issue only to then find out that the voucher had a 2 years limit. The customer service is chat only and unhelpful. Avoid.
Post response I have contacted the support only to have my request to re-activate the card rejected.

After a long wait i had the installation of one window done. This is the third time that I use Ventrolla and the quality and ability of the installers is very consistent. If you are not in a rush then Ventrolla is the way to go.
----------------------- I just had another window done and I can see that timescales are getting better and the communication from the admin department is now spotless.
