It was easy to book my holiday, however, I ve paid the deposit, leaving the balance until later, as usual, but I’ve been charged £9.50 as it is seen as a a payment plan. This cannot be right surely

Although it’s a useful service, the amount of times you haven’t wait because the meds are not in stock, and it would be better if the reissue times could be co-ordinated as to save the cost of postage

The speed in which the insurance company dealt with me, I didn’t have the policy details, as Perrys hadn’t given them to me, but this didn’t phase the call handler, who issued my claim form, and sent me all the policy details. After having the work done, the claim was paid within days.

The mats seem to be of poor quality, they are very thin and I would be suprised f they last 6 months

Easy enough to book, but never received a confirmation E Mail, it just updated the initial pending mail. Also could not select our plane seats via the airline, only through OTB, which cost £45 in admin fees, which I feel is very excessive, when your E Mail didn’t allow any other method.

How easy it was to be involved with the draw, the quality of the prizes and the fact that you actually watched the draw being made.

This is the first time I have used this service and it is first rate. Quick fit in Dover vwere also first rate, the speed in which the claim was settled was impressive as well, all round excellent service.

First class service, reminders sent in plenty of time and medication delivered speedily. Even when out of stock they keep you updated .

Absolutely first rate. My cruise consultant, Eve, was so helpful and made it easy to get exactly what we wanted for our cruise. My only issue is I cannot get on to my cruise personaliser, but that is the company website not the consultant
