Have used MedicAnimal a number of times for diabetic cat food. Last order took over 2 weeks to arrive with no communication to notify of any delay - this could be improved. Happy with the products once I received them. Need to make it easier to contact them with any order queries.

Ordered watch over 2 weeks ago, despite saying it was in stock nothing has arrived. Phoned last week and was told stock due to arrive any day and promised to call me to update - still waiting for the call over a week later. Not a great experience at all and very disappointed at the poor service.
