Excellent customer support

I had an issue with my GameSir G7 Pro where the left trigger was ghosting and registering input even when I wasn’t pressing it. I reached out to support and they walked me through troubleshooting steps like recalibration and firmware checks. When that didn’t fix the problem, they quickly moved forward with a replacement. The support process was smooth, and they stayed responsive throughout the whole thing. Really appreciate the help from GameSir Zayn for making the process easy. Solid customer service and they stand behind their products.
