Food delivered damaged 2 weeks ago, no response to e-mails, just had to hold on for 30 minutes to speak to someone.

We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your order.

Unfortunately, the door was damaged in transit by the courier during delivery. Please be assured that this matter has been raised with the courier, as this is not the standard of handling we expect and certainly not the level of service we aim to provide to our customers with.

As soon as we were made aware of this issue and you confirmed a replacement was required this was raised and despatched, the couriers will always deliver as quickly possible however we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
