I had a fantastic experience with this company. Their customer service is truly exceptional—communication was incredibly fast and professional throughout. What impressed me the most was their kindness and flexibility: they allowed me to cancel my booking totally for free without any fees, even though they weren't legally or contractually obligated to do so. The reason for cancelation is sad though, we had to cancel due to the middle east crisis, but as said, they could have charged a fee and decided not to. It is rare to find such a customer-oriented travel agency these days. I highly recommend them and will definitely book with them again!
