Beware of Hidden Costs and Manual Data Limits

Beware of hidden costs. I was charged 80€ for a 15€ offer because of a manual activation requirement for internet limits that wasn't made clear at the time of purchase. Using 'terms and conditions' to justify poor communication is not a good way to build trust with customers
