I made a mistake with the delivery address for my order of two Barbour dog jumpers. My mistake entirely, I sent an SOS email to outdoor and country immediately I realised what I had done within the following hour I received an email from the customer service team who had rectified my mistake and sent it to my Grandaughters address where it was meant to go.This is the second time I gave used this Company and it won’t be the last. Thank you again for your customer service which really does put the customer first!!
