The service rep is kind and very…

UPDATE: the customer service rep I spoke with earlier was kind and accommodating, however after seeing no progress I still decided to return the item. They sent me an email on how to do that in 2/26. I emailed them my tracking receipt and they have not replied. I have followed up kindly a couple of times without any reply. Mind you they were always quick to reply when I emailed them about not being sure if the product was working for me. So now that I am just trying to follow up on my refund after I can see the product was delivered—they have gone silent. This is not ok.

Previous review:
The service rep is kind and very attentive. She addressed my concerns and found a solution. I always appreciate a business that does not push their products on to you at all cost, but instead works with customers to find the best answers to their concerns. Given that I read bad reviews before, I think AngelLift has taken the feedback seriously and has made changes, Ive had a great experience so far.
