Horrible website service
Horrible website service. I placed an order, and there was no prompt asking where it was to be delivered. When I received the receipt, it had my old address in a different state. I emailed them asking to change it and they said they couldn't change anything on an online order. I then called them and they said the same thing. They told me that once I received a tracking number, I could change it with the carrier. After 3 days, I finally prompted them for my tracking number, and when I tried to change it on UPS's website - they wanted to charge me $50! I called back asking to cancel the entire order and they said they couldn't - even though the product had yet to be picked up from the warehouse. THIS IS WHY I ORDER FROM AMAZON!!!!! Ridiculous.
Because of this, I will never order Cuisinart products again. (Not to mention, look at how many awful reviews there are!!!!)
