No delivery made or attempted (despite two claims to the contrary) Webchat took over 30 minutes to be eventyally advised no refund would be processed until they receive the goods back. So effectively Ive paid for items that I needed next day (as advertised) but not received with a clear refusal to refund until it suits Toolstation. Shabby at best, possibly in contravention of distance selling rules at worst
