Ordered an embroidery book that should have come with needles and threads etc. I received the book but not the kit. After numerous ignored emails to glorex asking for the restof the order, I asked for details to return the item.(this is how you are meant to proceed to return an item). This email was also ignored. Do not trust this company. They are scamming people out of money and the customer service is non exsistant
