Incompetent and unprofessional
My customer paid for a 1-2 business day shipping to a city 3 hours away. I dropped the package off at the drop-off location on December 9th.
The incompetent employees missed the pickup up on the 9th, 10th, 11th and the 12th. It's still at the drop off as I'm writing this! I will go the the drop off tomorrow and try to take my package back and use a reputable company this time.
This company is a tech company, can you image? They don't even have software that detects how many packages their drop off location scanned and how many were picked up, in order to detect that some packages WEREN'T picked up.

It is December 18th, and my customer, who is 3 hours away, has yet to receive their package, which was shipped on December 9th using a 1-2 business day service.
This shipping cost was about $1.5 less Xpresspost, now I know that I'll never use this service again. If you want reliable service, stick to known Shipping Companies who have proper tracking.
