Total failure to deliver and…

Total failure to deliver and contradictory responses to requests for clarification. Their platform indicated that the first attempt at delivery failed due to there being nobody at home.......we were home all day. The second said that it had been delivered the following afternoon, which was also incorrect. They later stated that the parcel had been returned to their depot an hour after the alleged delivery time. Their next update stated that the parcel had been delivered the day after that, but there was no contact attempted by their delivery driver and no trace of the parcel. Their final response stated that it had been delivered on the second day after all.......in spite of them having previously advised that it had been scanned back into their depot an hour later. They say that they have launched an internal investigation, but are relying on me to provide CCTV footage. Absolutely terrible experience.
